Abstract

|
Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the effects of oriental medicine therapy on a lung cancer patient.
Methods: The patient was admitted on August 20. 2008 and remained until September 24. 2008. She was treated with herbal medicine. acupuncture and moxa therapy.
Result & Conclusion: After the treatment. the symptoms and chest X-ray results improved. This result suggests that oriental medicine is an effective treatment for some lung cancer patients. Nevertheless more clinical case reports are needed.
